Equipment & Decoration
Since the establishment of Wilhelm Studios, we have maintained successful collaborations with renowned providers of furniture, and decoration. This allows us to offer you a comprehensive full-service package. If you already have your own service providers, they are also more than welcome to be involved with us.
Technical equipment
We have a basic light set-up and rigging in Hall B as well as in C1. We collaborate closely with TLT Event AG. Thanks to our long-standing partnership, TLT has in-depth knowledge of the venue, facilitating the production planning process. There is also the option to work with your own service provider, but this coordination must be done in consultation with TLT.
drinks & catering
We offer all services in house, including dinner menus, crew catering, beverage, and bar services. We tailor our offerings to your individual preferences and provide custom quotes. If you prefer an external service provider, this is possible through arrangement and with a buyout agreement.
